We welcome people from all walks of Life.
Our practice is a safe, respectful,
and affirming space.

We honour the richness of diversity and approach each person’s unique story with grace and understanding while celebrating the values and experiences that shape who they are.

Who we can help
Our practice is suited for adults (including young adults, older adults) and children over 12 years old who are:

Experiencing grief and loss: the loss of a loved one, a relationship, or a sense of identity. We help people honour their grief and integrate it into their life story at their own pace.

Struggling with depression, anxiety, stress or emotional dysregulation: we provide tools and support to help people manage overwhelming emotions, explore existential concerns, regain balance, and rediscover joy.

Feeling stuck in interpersonal challenges: relationship conflicts, family dynamics, or communication difficulties. We help foster understanding and rebuild meaningful connections.
Seeking personal growth or deeper self-understanding: we guide those who wish to explore their purpose, values, and identity to achieve greater congruence and authenticity in their lives.
Navigating life transitions: whether shaped by displacement, relocation, career changes, or adjusting to new roles, we support people in making sense of profound change, rebuilding stability, and discovering new possibilities for growth and belonging.

Travelling the End-of-Life: people who are preparing for their own transition or supporting a loved one. We provide compassionate guidance and a safe space to explore emotions, meaning, and legacy during this profound stage of life.
Processing trauma or living with PTSD and CPTSD: we support people in exploring and processing past or ongoing trauma in a safe, trauma-informed environment, using approaches that promote healing, resilience, and empowerment.

Facing challenges with addiction: people who are in recovery, seeking to make changes, or supporting someone with addiction. We provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space to explore the underlying issues and develop healthier coping mechanisms.

Living on the spectrum (ASD and ADHD): we walk alongside autistic and ADHD individuals, their partners, and families, creating spaces of understanding, connection, and belonging. Through a neurodiversity-affirming approach, we support communication, emotional well-being, and self-acceptance.
