Your first 25-minute session is offered free of charge, providing an opportunity to connect and explore whether working together feels like the right fit.

​Session options

I offer two types of individual sessions to suit your needs:​

60-minute session: $180 (intake is included with your first session)

​

90-minute session: $260​

 

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur the full session fee.

Session fees include tailored therapeutic resources and brief post-session check-ins where appropriate.​

These sessions are not Medicare-rebatable. No GP referral or Mental Health Care Plan is required. You can book directly.
