Existential, Narrative and Creative Therapy
for Grief, Loss and Life Transitions

Hello, I’m Sandrine — and I’m glad you’re here.
Taking the first step can feel vulnerable, especially after holding things together on your own.
Here, you don’t have to do it alone, and you can arrive as you are.

Many people who come here feel exhausted, stuck, or overwhelmed, sometimes in pain, sometimes feeling numb or disconnected.

They may have tried to cope, to stay strong, or to move on” only to find their body, mind, heart, and inner world can no longer keep up.

What you are living can feel layered, complex, or simply too heavy.

Often, this is the point where something needs to change, not because you are failing, but because you have been carrying more than one person should have to carry alone.

You don’t need to have a clear reason or a specific label to be here. It’s enough to know that something no longer feels manageable on your own.

Grief, loss, illness, separation, migration, or the fear of death can shake our sense of safety, identity, and meaning in life. This is a natural and deeply human response to experiences that touch us at our core.

How I work

I am a Master's-qualified and experienced Counsellor and Psychotherapist offering individual therapy through secure online telehealth. I work in both English and French.

My way of working is collaborative and thoughtful. value your insight and your story as essential to the process, and I tailor my professional support to your needs. My work integrates existential, narrative and humanistic psychotherapy, alongside other evidence-based approaches and is informed by current research.

I begin with presence — taking the time to truly meet and understand what you are experiencing — and then work actively with you through careful reflection, conversations, and clinically grounded creative approaches. These are used intentionally, not to distract from pain, but to help make sense of complex experiences, access meaning, and support integration at both emotional and embodied levels.

I don’t rush to fix things, but I don’t leave people alone in their pain. We work with what is present, the here and now, and at times we explore what has been left behind, but still follows you. Throughout the process, I support movement, integration, and re-engagement with life at a pace that is respectful and feels aligned.

I offer a calm, grounded space that supports depth, healing and meaningful change.

“Grief isn’t something we “get over” but it is something we can learn to live with differently.

Connection, meaning, and even joy can return — not by erasing pain, but by finding new ways to carry it.

When pain is truly witnessed and met, the body can begin to settle and integrate, allowing new ways of living to emerge.”
