Hello, I’m Sandrine — and I’m glad you’re here.
Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, especially if you have been holding everything together for a long time.

Here, you don’t have to do it alone.

Many people who arrive here feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or stuck — sometimes in deep pain, sometimes numb. They have tried to cope, stay strong, or “move on”, only to find their body or mind can no longer keep pace.

Grief, loss, illness, separation, migration, or life’s uncertainty can shake our sense of safety, identity, and meaning. When life touches us at our core, these responses are normal.

What you are carrying may feel complex, layered, or simply too heavy. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out — the right words, or even a full understanding of what you’re going through.
It can be enough to sense that something in your life has become too difficult to hold on your own.
If you are here, something in you may already sense that it is time to seek support.

Whatever you bring — tears, confusion, silence, or feelings that are difficult to put into words — it is welcome here.

You only need a willingness to begin.

It is natural to feel unsure about reaching out, and many people begin therapy with questions or hesitation.

I offer online grief counselling and psychotherapy from Sydney, supporting people across Australia navigating grief, loss, bereavement, trauma, existential concerns, and major life transitions.

My work integrates existential, narrative, and creative therapeutic approaches, and sessions are available in English and French.

How I work
I am a Master’s-qualified counsellor and psychotherapist offering individual therapy.

My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in respect. Your insight and your story are central to the process, and therapy is shaped around your needs.

I begin with presence — taking the time to genuinely meet you and understand what you are going through.

From there, we work together through reflection, dialogue, and, when helpful, creative or experiential practices. These approaches are used intentionally, not to avoid pain, but to help make sense of complex experiences, deepen meaning, and support emotional and embodied integration.

My work integrates existential, narrative, and humanistic psychotherapy, alongside other evidence-informed approaches.

I do not rush to fix things, and I do not leave people alone in their pain. Instead, we work with what is present while gently exploring what may still be unresolved beneath the surface.

Throughout the process, I support a gradual re-engagement with life at a pace that feels respectful and aligned with your values and hopes.

I offer a calm, grounded space for reflection, depth, and meaningful change.
“I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become.”
