Hello, I’m Sandrine, and I’m glad you’re here.
Reaching out can feel vulnerable, especially if you've been holding things together on your own or for so long.

You don’t have to go through this alone.

Many people who come here feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or stuck. Some are in deep pain; others feel numb. They've tried to cope, stay strong, or “move on”, only to find their body or mind can no longer keep up.

Grief, loss, illness, separation, migration, or uncertainty can all shake our sense of safety, identity, and meaning.

What you're carrying may feel complicated, layered, or just too heavy. You don’t need to have the right words figured to reach out.
It's enough to notice that something has become too hard to carry by yourself.
If you are here, a part of you might already know it's time for support.

Whatever you bring — tears, confusion, silence, or feelings that are difficult to describe — is welcome here.

All you need is a willingness to begin.

It's natural to feel unsure about reaching out. Many people start therapy with questions or hesitation.

I offer online grief counselling and psychotherapy from Sydney, supporting people across Australia as they navigate grief, loss, bereavement, trauma, existential concerns, and life transitions.

My work integrates existential, narrative, and creative therapeutic approaches. Sessions are available in both English and French.

How I work
I am a Master's qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, and I offer individual therapy.

I work in a collaborative and respectful way. Your insight and story are at the heart of our work together, and therapy is shaped around your needs.

I start by being fully present, taking the time to truly meet you and understand what you are experiencing.

From there, we work together through reflection, conversation, and, when it helps, creative or experiential practices. These approaches are used thoughtfully—not to avoid pain, but to help you make sense of complex experiences, find deeper meaning, and support emotional and embodied integration.

I draw from existential, narrative, and humanistic psychotherapy, as well as other approaches that are supported by research and evidence.

I don't rush to fix things or leave you alone in your pain. Instead, we work with what is present and happening now and gently explore anything that might still be unresolved.

Throughout our work together, I support you in gradually re-engaging and reconnecting with life at a pace that feels right for you and is aligned with your values and hopes.

I provide a calm and grounded space where you can reflect, go deeper, and make meaningful changes.
“I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become.”
